World Cup 2010: Cote d'Ivoire Striker Didier Drogba Believes Luis Fabiano Was The Difference For Brazil

The Chelsea striker praises his counterpart...

Cote d'Ivoire forward Didier Drogba believes that Brazil counterpart Luis Fabiano was the difference between the two sides, as the Selecao secured a 3-1 win over the Elephants to top Group G.

The African nation still has hope of progressing to the knockout stage of the tournament, but Drogba says that it depends on the match between Korea DPR and Portugal.

"The key to the match was Luis Fabiano. He scored two fantastic goals, even if one didn't seem totally legal," the Chelsea star said to Sky post-match. "We gave him too much space, and he punished us.

"We knew that the match was going to be difficult. Brazil are the best side in the world. We had our chances, but they were better.

"The group and our possibilities of progressing will depend on the result of tomorrow's match between Portugal and Korea DPR," added the striker.
