The South American duo appear to have settled for a point.....
Key striker Diego Forlan was Uruguay's most dangerous player on Friday and the Atletico Madrid striker felt that both teams deserved a point when everything was said and done.
"It was a good game for either side. There seemed little danger, but the sending off conditioned the match, he said, according to Diario El Pais.
"We had a couple of chances, but we ran and played more tennis (than football)."
Centre-back Diego Lugano felt that the Celeste need to improve is some areas but thought the team did pretty well as a whole.
"There are areas in which we should improve but there are areas in which we did very well," he concluded.
