A number of changes will be made across the directorate, bringing in expert market men and experience at the highest level to ensure success.
As things stand Blanc is the president, chief executive and general director, but he will leave two of those roles once Lippi arrives.
Roberto Bettega will keep his vice-general director role and will be flanked by another general director - an experienced transfer expert who will be in charge of recruiting the best players.
Sampdoria's Giuseppe Marotta, Bari's Giorgio Perinetti and Fiorentina chief Pantaleo Corvino are all candidates for the role, whilst Alessio Secco will be the sporting director.
