World Cup 2010: Group H Reactions - The Experts Call The Group Draw
What do Goal.com's experts from Spain, Switzerland, Chile, and Honduras say?
So how confident are Spain, Switzerland, Chile, and Honduras about their respective chances of advancing from Group H? Goal.com asked our local experts for each of the nations to give us their own unique take:
Are you happy with the draw. Why or why not?
Ivar Matusevich - Spain: Spain have a big team mentality now. We respect our opponents, but we have no fear whatsoever. We must win the group and leave our history as underachievers behind.
Honduras are a very physical side, but they lack power in attack - Wilson Palacios is their only real star. Chile can pose problems but I think we are better equipped to win in that fixture, although I do rate Suazo quite highly. Meanwhile, Switzerland will play a very serious and defensive game but, again, they have no attacking prowess. We are happy.
Stefan Bokor - Switzerland: Switzerland are quite happy with this result. There are real chances to enter the next round in 2nd place, because Spain is the favourite, but against Chile and Honduras Switzerland doesn't have to hide. With Ottmar Hitzfeld behind the wheel, I think we'll do well.
Juan Ignacio - Chile: I think Chile have a real chance this year, based on current form. Putting aside our poor results in friendly matches, and the fact that Spain are one of the favourites to win the world cup, Chile will finish above Honduras and Switzerland for sure.
Marco Aguilar - Honduras: We're satisfied with the draw. There are strong teams in this group and on paper we are the weakest, but that gives us the possibility to surprise.

What will the final standing be?
Ivar Matusevich - Spain: Group H: Spain, Honduras, Chile, Switzerland. Spain and Chile are the best teams, so it will finish Spain at the top and Chile second.
Stefan Bokor - Switzerland: Spain, as maybe the biggest WC favourite, will end on one, no doubt. But second, I think that will depend on who wins between us and Chile. In the end, I think Switzerland will have a little advantage. Honduras will finish last.
Juan Ignacio - Chile: In second phase we might play with Brazil or Portugal, which obviously will be very complicated matches, but the fact of advancing would mean a victory about Chile to face one but that's just something we have to deal with if we go through. We'll go through with Spain. Switzerland and Honduras will go out.

Who is the top player in the group?
Ivar Matusevich - Spain: We obviously think that this will be Xavi and Iniesta's world cup, because they are the motor for Spanish team and responsible for the Spanish football style. Anyway, we must not forget Fernando Torres, one of the most important candidates to be the WC top scorer. No doubt: Spain has the best squad from the beginning, We will see at the end. We want to see what Inter's Suazo can do, because is a great striker.
Stefan Bokor - Switzerland: Torres, Cesc Fabregas, Xavi and Andreas Iniesta are a wonderful midfield row, but without a killer in front of the goal, their genius-like assisting qualities wouldn't count at the last. Fernando Torres is the last piece in a puzzle full of united stars, and will drive some goalies mad in South Africa, for sure.
Juan Ignacio - Chile: All the players of Spain, for these players are the big favourites to conquer the World Cup. For Chile, which should give the big quality jump in Alexis Sanchez, it can be his world cup.
Marco Aguilar - Honduras: The best players are from Spain, but if I had to chose one I'd go for Xavi Hernandez, he is the best in the midfield, with Iniesta. But besides him, Spain has several world class stars.
