Nabil Baha To Miss Morocco’s Qualifier Against Gabon - Report
The Malaga striker suffered a hamstring injury, which will siedline him for the next three weeks.
According to Mountakhab.net, Moroccan international forward Nabil Baha will not be available this weekend for Atlas Lions' clash with Gabon in Libreville, where they will play their second last World Cup qualifying match.
The player is struggling with the hamstring injury he picked up in Malaga's draw with Xerez in the Spanish Primera Division at the weekend. The club’s official website is reporting that he will miss at least three weeks due to the strain.
This development is unfortunate news for the North African, who had been performing very well for Malaga and was expected to feature prominently for the Moroccan national team on Saturday, in their must win away match against Alain Giresse’s Panthers.
Many analysts were confused when Baha was left out of his country’s previous qualifier by Hassan Moumen, when his team-mates barely held Togo to a 1-1 draw in Lome.
