The world champions are on the brink; what team will Lippi put out?

Italy approach their match against Brazil as a must win; goings on in the game between Egypt and USA will play on Azzurri minds, but the world champions know that if they fail to match or better Egypt's result, they will exit the Confederations Cup at the group stage.

Italy's performance against the Pharaohs was characterised by a lack of imagination and pace. At times, the 2006 World Cup champions were one dimensional and seemed to lack energy.

Marcello Lippi has some tough calls to make. Should he remain loyal to his World Cup winners or introduce some fresh young talent, like Davide Santon?
