Chelsea expect the Belgian to be part of the pre-season squad travelling to the Netherlands, but the Toffees are confident of sealing an £18 million deal for the striker

Everton are close to agreeing terms with Chelsea over the permanent signing of Romelu Lukaku.
Lukaku spent last season on loan at Goodison Park and scored 15 Premier League goals in 31 appearances for Roberto Martinez's side.
The Belgium international is understood to be keen on a return to Everton, with the Toffees increasingly confident of securing a deal for the striker.
The deal is likely to cost Everton around £18 million, but the Merseyside club are prepared to spend the majority of their transfer budget to land their No.1 target this summer.
Lukaku is yet to return to Chelsea for pre-season, alongside fellow Belgium internationals Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois, following his participation at the World Cup in Brazil.
Publicly, the Stamford Bridge outfit have indicated they expect Lukaku to be a part of the Blues squad which will travel to the Netherlands to face Vitesse Arnhem.
But the striker stated his future was uncertain shortly after Belgium's elimination from the World Cup this summer.
"I have a few ideas but we'll see," he said. "I have to have discussions first and have to think about it. I want to go home and then I will decide. It will be soon."
Everton are also set to sign Lukaku's fellow countryman David Henen.
The 18-year-old Anderlecht striker - who spent last season on loan at Monaco - is understood to have had a medical on Merseyside on Monday ahead of completing a €1m move.
