The former Germany international is full of ambition ahead of the 2013-14 season and wants to win each and every competition up for grabsBayern Munich sporting director Matthias Sammer has made it clear that the Bavarians want to do even better than last season and win five trophies this term.
The reigning Bundesliga champions were beaten 4-2 by Borussia Dortmund in the DFL Supercup earlier this summer, but they are determined to emerge victorious in the remaining five competitions they participate in.
"We want to win the treble again this season. And on top of that we want the European Supercup and the Club World Cup as well," Sammer told Sport Bild.
"Whether we will actually succeed in doing so is a completely different matter, though.
"I don't understand why people are questioning Bayern's motivation. We are starting from scratch again. If we didn't have the desire to be successful, we would not be worthy of working for Bayern.
"Everybody must ask himself again and again whether they are willing to give their all."
Bayern kick off the 2013-14 Bundesliga campaign with a home game against Borussia Monchengladbach on Friday.
