Bayern wrapped up the Bundesliga title in record time with a 3-1 victory over Hertha in Berlin on Tuesday to cap a brilliant season. Meanwhile, bitter rivals Dortmund and Schalke played out a 0-0 draw and Leverkusen ended a poor run of form by beating Augsburg 3-1 in Bavaria.
The No.1 shirt in Goal's Bundesliga Team of the Week is taken by Schalke keeper Ralf Fahrmann, who made some astonishing saves to hold BVB to a goalless draw at Signal Iduna Park.
Dortmund's Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Schalke's Joel Matip also starred in the Revierderby, while Dante was one of the key players in the Bayern team who finally sealed the title. Ricardo Rodriguez of Wolfsburg completes the back line.

Nurnberg claimed a massive 2-0 win over Stuttgart thanks to two Josip Drmic goals and Dominick Kumbela also scored twice as Eintracht Braunschweig got a rare win under their belts.
