Cedric Mongongu of Evian who enjoyed a fantastic 90 minutes, a rarity for the defender. Mongongu scored one, and also undertook his defensive duties well throughout the entire encounter.

Toulouse's highly-rated young defender Aymen Abdennour joins the TOTW for the second consecutive time, and sixth overall, as he contributed to Marseille's downfall. The Tunisian international scored in the 66th minute and thwarted the likes of Andre & Jordan Ayew with timely interceptions. Rounding off the defence is Nancy centre-back Sebastien Puygrenier, who continues the trend of goalscoring defenders in week 26. Puygriener directed a header from Mollo's cross as ASNL defeated Lyon 2-0 on Saturday.

Luciano Monzon makes a third appearance in the Best XI after impressing in Nice's 2-1 victory over Bordeaux. The left-sided player, found the net during the encounter, whilst also becoming the club's joint-top league scorer in the process.

Etienne Capoue
of Toulouse continues his recent fine form, displaying a true midfield performance in Saturday's 1-0 win over Marseille at the Stade Velodrome. Capoue carved out various opportunities as le Tefece recorded a third straight win.

Joining him in midfield is PSG's Javier Pastore, who guided les Parisiens back to the top of the table. 'El Flaco', who returned from injury two weeks ago, has seemingly hit a return back to form as was displayed in the comfortable 4-1 thrashing of Ajaccio in which the ex-Palermo midfielder scored.

Sebastien Corchia impressed in Sochaux's stale 1-1 draw against Valenciennes. Corchia, who makes his third appearance in TOTW has been one of the few shining lights in an otherwise torrid season for les Lionceaux, as the young right-back found the perfect mix, in combining his attacking and defensive duties well.

Eden HAZARD
Lille
TOTW Apps: 3
Eden Hazard of Lille makes TOTW for the third time this season. The Belgian wonderkid scored both of Lille's goals in a frustrating 2-2 draw against Auxerre. Hazard flicked in a free-kick and added to his tally from the spot, though les Dogues would be pegged back later in the game.

Guillaume Hoarau's recent run in the first-team has also seen him make a second straight appearance in TOTW. Hoarau scored past Guillermo Ochoa in the 86th minute, adding to his double tally last week against Montpellier to keep Kevin Gameiro out of the first team for a little longer.

Rounding off TOTW for week 26, is Hoarau's team-mate Nene who again displayed his undeniable talent in Sunday's 4-1 win over Ajaccio. Nene scored one and made another as he ended the evening man of the match.
