The summer sales are on. With the 2011-12 Ligue 1 season concluded, it's now time to think about the coming campaign and possible reinforcements for the next edition of France's top flight. And that means transfers.

While many of the big clubs have moved in recent weeks to ensure their top players are available, there are a number of rough diamonds available for free this summer, with the likes of Ireneusz Jelen and Ederson eligible for Bosman moves. Few deals have already been concluded, with the market set to speed up in the coming weeks.
