Emiliano VIVIANO
Palermo
TOTW Apps: 1
| Since recovering from injury and joining Palermo in a co-ownership deal, Viviano has been in impressive form and was the catalyst for his side's first away victory of the season. He kept Bologna from running up the score with superb stops on Marco Di Vaio and Gaston Ramirez before the Sicilians overturned the deficit for a 3-1 win. |

Nicolas SPOLLI Catania TOTW Apps: 3 |
Luca ANTONINI AC Milan TOTW Apps: 1 |

| Zaccardo was solid in Parma's 3-1 victory over Lazio as Libor Kozak and his team-mates earned little change out of the Italian, even if he offered little going forward. Juventus continued their Scudetto push with a 3-0 win over Napoli and Barzagli hardly put a foot wrong during the match, limitting the effectiveness of Edinson Cavani and Ezequiel Lavezzi. In contrast, league leaders Milan were held to a 1-1 draw at Catania and two defenders from that match feature in our Best XI. Spolli was strong at centre-back and also headed in the pivotal equaliser. Meanwhile, after impressing against Barcelona, Antonini followed that up with another fine display at left-back by making two goal-saving interceptions during the course of the match. |

Arturo VIDAL Juventus TOTW Apps: 4 |
Luca RIGONI Chievo TOTW Apps: 2 |

| Roma rebounded from their loss to Milan last week by thumping Novara 5-2 and in addition to scoring his first Serie A goal, Maquinho was dynamic in midfield and combined well with Bojan Krkic, Fabio Simplico and Co. Vidal is back for a second consecutive week after his powerful display against Napoli that included a wonder goal. He also won his battle with Walter Gargano and Gokhan Inler in midfield. Rigoni was another man on the scoresheet, ensuring Fiorentina's miserable campaign kept its course by tapping in a late winner for the Flying Donkeys. |

Sergio FLOCCARI Parma TOTW Apps: 2 |
Diego MILITO Inter TOTW Apps: 4 |
Mauricio PINILLA Cagliari TOTW Apps: 3 |

| Floccari haunted his former team, handing Lazio their third loss in four matches. He was clinical in front of goal as he netted a double and kept the opposition defence on their toes all evening. The inconsistent Nerazzurri are off to a winning start under new boss Andrea Stramaccioni as they edged a nine-goal thriller against Genoa - Milito bagged a hat-trick to bring his seasonal tally to 17 in the league this term, but showed his class by not celebrating against his former team. Finally, Pinilla's winter move to Cagliari has certainly paid dividends, the Chilean having now reached six goals in eight appearances. He was the difference-maker for the hosts on Saturday, winning a free kick that led to Daniele Conti's initial goal before he put the result beyond doubt when he finished off a well-worked team move. |
