Third-placed Manchester City travel to play a Chelsea side who would have assumed they would be battling it out for the league title by this stage of the season, and not merely for a place in the top four.
But it's Roberto Mancini's side who still have one eye on the Premier League summit and will be hoping for a repeat of last season's 4-2 win at Stamford Bridge. And while that clash was all about whether Wayne Bridge would shake John Terry's hand, this time around Chelsea will just be hoping to shake the malaise that has engulfed their strikers. In the last seven games Nicolas Anelka, Fernando Torres and Dider Drogba have scored two goals between them - Anelka claiming both.
Yet these are the only two teams in England - possibly the world - who are able to spend without worrying about the bank balance, and still neither are leading Premier League.
So, on current form, who would make it into a combined first-XI from these two star-studded squads? Goal.com UK hand picks the best for a makeshift Moneybags FC - have your say in our comments section below...
