The 21-year-old has featured in just three matches for the Gunners this season due to back and hamstring injuries but started in Sunday’s 2-1 win over Liverpool in the FA Cup.
Arsene Wenger makes five changes following the victory over Brendan Rodgers. Wojciech Szczesny replaces Lukasz Fabianski in goal. At right-back Bacary Sagna starts ahead on Carl Jenkinson, while on the other flank, Kieran Gibbs is preferred to Nacho Monreal.
In midfield, Mikel Arteta drops to the bench and is replaced by jack Wilshere, while Santi Cazorla starts ahead of Lukas Podolski.
For Bayern, Pep Guardiola also makes five changes following his side’s 4-0 win over Freiburg on Saturday. Philipp Lahm and David Alaba return to defence, while Jerome Boateng partners Dante at centre-back.
In midfield, Thiago and Mario Gotze are preferred to Thomas Muller and Xherdan Shaqiri, while up front, Mario Mandzukic starts ahead of Claudio Pizarro.
