The Bavarians recorded a 3-1 win in the first leg of their round of 16 tie against Arsenal, and the 29-year-old has little doubt they will progress to the next round when they host the Gunners on Wednesday.
"Who to avoid? I’d say Bayern," the Switzerland international told Sky Sport Italia.
"They’re extremely strong and, after the two finals lost in recent years, they’ll be hungry for revenge.
"We’ll now be facing the top sides and we’ll see how far we’re able to go. Of course it’s difficult, but we’re ready and can give it a go against anyone.
"We’ll need a bit of luck, but we've got our style of play going for us. [Antonio] Conte has made the difference, returning us to the top first in Italy and then in Europe."
Juventus are currently preparing for the Serie A match against Catania.
