thumbnail Hello,

The overall feeling in the Bundesliga club is that they are happy with the teams they were paired with and that it is possible to go beyond the group stage

Borussia Dortmund general manager Hans-Joachim Watzke has confessed he is happy with the outcome of the Champions League draw.

The Bundesliga champions have been handed a difficult task as they will have to overcome the challenges of Arsenal, Marseille and Olympiakos in order to go through the knockout stages.

Borussia Dortmund were widely considered to be the strongest team in Pot 4, and Watzke thinks that their Champions League opponents will be a good test to his team.

"This is an exciting group, with great travels for our fans. Overall, in my view, this was a great draw," he said.

The club's coach, Jurgen Klopp, underlined the quality of the group opponents and noted he is looking forward to the challenge ahead.

"We have been drawn against three great teams. I am very happy and excited and my expectations are huge," Klopp added.

Borussia captain Sebastian Kehl thinks his club can reach the next stages, saying: "The Champions League is a great challenge for us. I think the draw was not bad, because there was the chance we could get stronger teams in our group. I am sure we have good chances."
