The 23-year-old opened the scoring as Barca brushed aside Manchester United 3-1 on the night, with Lionel Messi and David Villa scoring after Wayne Rooney had equalised.
"We want to celebrate it with our fans. We must celebrate and enjoy it, we dedicate it to all the fans and we are very happy to have succeeded. It's a beautiful title to present to our people," Pedro told TVE.
He went on to praise his family for supporting his journey to European glory with the team.
"I want to dedicate it to my family. I am thrilled they have come up here especially after scoring. I'm very happy. When you don't usually see your family, it makes you happy to know they stand by your side," he added.
And the celebrations are expected to continue over the weekend as Barcelona take their third Champions League trophy in six years back to Camp Nou.
"We are celebrating it with the team-mates. They are beautiful moments that you never forget and winning the Champions League is something precious," he concluded.
