Tito Vilanova believes that the games with Arsenal will be close.....Barcelona were drawn with Arsenal in the quarter-finals of the Champions League on Friday. The first leg will be played at the Emirates in London while the return fixture will take place at Camp Nou in the Catalan capital.
The tie will be a replay of the 2006 Champions League final in which the Catalans defeated the Gunners and will also see Thierry Henry play against his former club.
Speaking to Barca TV, Barcelona assistant coach Tito Vilanova explained that both clubs have an attacking philosophy but warned that even though the Premier League side's best player is Cesc Fabregas, they can't take his team-mates casually.
"Arsenal would not be where they are without many other players. Arsenal is a team against whom you cannot lose concentration because they can score goals at will," the 40-year-old said.
Vilanova coached Fabregas when the Arsenal midfielder was developing at Barcelona's youth academy. When asked to comment on the recent speculation linking the Spanish international with a move to Camp Nou in the summer, the former midfielder said, "It shows a lack of respect to talk about a current Arsenal player as being a signing for the future.”
