Jose Mourinho: Both Inter & Barcelona Are Under Pressure
'Mou' has been quick to point out that the Nerazzurri could tumble to third in their group if they were to suffer a negative result at Camp Nou...
Barcelona could exit the Champions League on Tuesday if they lose to Inter, but the Italian champions' coach, Jose Mourinho, suggests that his team are not on easy street by any means.
"We are playing well and winning in Italy and Europe, but our group in the Champions League is far from decided," he admitted to Il Corriere dello Sport.
"If Rubin [Kazan] win and Inter obtain three points then Barca are out of the Champions League, but if we lose we end up third in the standings. There is pressure for everyone.
"Barca are a great team and their defeat and then a draw with Rubin does not change my opinion."
Some reports have insisted Barcelona are in crisis due to injuries and a couple of players infected with the H1N1 virus. However, the ex-Chelsea boss believes the situation is being exaggerated.
"The flu? With a good doctor like [Ricard] Pruna players can be healed in two days. My doctor did it with someone," he shrugged.
Meanwhile, ex-Inter players Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Maxwell may come up against their former team at the Camp Nou after making the switch in the summer.
"[Samuel] Eto'o said he will not celebrate if he scores and I am convinced that neither 'Ibra' nor Maxwell will have any negative feelings towards their former team, but they will want to win - this is obvious and part of football," concluded 'the Special One'.
