The draw leaves Barca in second place in Group F, level with the Russian champions on five points with two games remaining, but Xavi insists that his side have no doubts about their ability.
"We have no doubts, none at all. Everyone can see we were the better team, but all we lacked was a goal," Xavi told Spanish television station TVE.
"We are playing well, pressuring high up the field and creating opportunities, but again, all we failed to do tonight was score."
Barcelona host group leaders Inter, before another tough trip to to Dynamo Kiev in the final group game, and need to win both games to guarantee a place in the knockout phase.
