Player Ratings: Olympiacos 2-1 Standard Liege

An injury-time goal sealed a home win for Olympiacos in Greece tonight. Goal.com rates the individual performers...

Champions League: Olympiakos - Standard Liege / Dudu - Mitroglou (INTIME)
OLYMPIACOS

Nikopolidis 5.5 - The seasoned glovesman was beaten at his near post for Standard's goal. Came out well for crosses.

Raul Bravo 6.5 - Completely eradicated Dalmat from the game, out-muscling the Frenchman until he was finally taken off by Laszlo Boloni. Tried to get up the left flank when he could, but didn't make a huge attacking impact.

Mellberg 5.5 - Beaten to the punch a few times at the back, but got up well for set-pieces. Was unlucky not to score on one occasion. Got himself booked for a cynical foul.

Papadopoulos 6 - Covered a lot of ground when Standard got themselves into the game. A Decent shift from the centre-back.

Zewlakow 7 - Worked terrifically well with Galletti in the first half down the right flank. Continued to cause problems down his channel as the game wore on.

Dudu 6 - Not a stand-out performance from by any means, but did his job well enough to keep the Belgians from really taking control of the midfield.

Maresca 6 - Ran his socks off for most of the game. Performed much the same as his midfield partner Dudu, breaking up play when needed without getting carded.

Zairi 5.5 - Worked hard until he was subbed off, but effort didn't translate into quality for Zairi on the night. Wasteful with crosses, shooting always wide of the mark and rushed in possession at times.

Oscar Gonzalez 6 - Good performance, but was forced to take up an unfamiliar role as golden-boy Galletti moved into a more central position to pull the strings.

Galletti 8.5 - Man of the match, no question. Drifted in wonderfully when deployed on the right, worked well with everyone around him and produced a set-piece assist for the first goal. Shoot on site policy should have awarded him a goal. Very positive play from the Argentine.

Mitroglou 7 - Held the ball up well when called upon. Scored the first goal.

Subs

Stoltidis 7 - Integrated himself well enough into the game to score the winning goal in stoppage time.

STANDARD LIEGE

Bolat 7.5 - Would have been man of the match had the Greeks not bagged a second. Caught comfortably throughout, dived well and generally portrayed himself as a hero for nearly 94 minutes.

Ricardo Rocha 5 - Didn't get himself into the game as much as he should have. Got himself booked trying to keep up with Galletti.

Felipe 5 - Didn't get in front of his marker well enough and looked slightly shaky from set-pieces.

Sarr 5 - Like his partner, he didn't look comfortable from dead ball situations and could have done more to keep the Greek attackers at bay.

Camozzato 4 - Practically invisible.

Mangala 5 - A bit sloppy with his passing, Mangala found himself in the book after breaking up play one too many times.

Witsel 6 - Very solid in a defensive capacity, but could have done better with his distribution.

Jovanovic 7 - Quiet for long spells, but his first touch assisted De Camargo for the first goal. Almost scored early in the second half and rattled a shot of the bar a bit later on. Unlucky not to get his name on the scoresheet.

De Camargo 7 - Took a while to warm up, but rose to the occasion well with a terrific first goal. Covered a lot of ground.

Dalmat 4 - Very weak performance. Out-muscled by Raul Bravo all match, poor in possession and missed two prime goalscoring opportunities.

Mbokani 6.5 - Always willing to chase, Mbokani worked extremely hard all match and almost got himself a goal for his efforts.

Subs

Carcela 5.5 - Played infinitely better than his predecessor Dalmat, but could not perform at a European level.
