We Have Had Many Wonderful Years - Milan's Adriano Galliani

'Uncle Fester' points to Milan's glorious history in these dark times...

Milan supremo Adriano Galliani celebrating as the Rossoneri finally showed signs of getting back to something resembling their best with UEFA Cup win over FC Zurich.
Milan vice president Adriano Galliani has confirmed his faith in coach Leonardo despite tonight's humiliating defeat to FC Zurich, and has told fans to remember the "many wonderful years".

The Rossoneri lost 1-0 at home to the Swiss minnows, a result that has further infuriated supporters after a disastrous start to the season.

"We had many wonderful years," snapped Galliani.

The bald-headed chief then offered a vote of confidence to under-fire coach Leonardo, and says that Milan deserved to win tonight.

“I have little to say other than to confirm our faith in Leonardo," Galliani added.

“I think even a draw would've been a small result considering the performance, so a defeat was very harsh.

“We have to keep working and turn this situation around.”
