The Manchester United gaffer has been there, done that, won that and bought three of every type of tee shirt available. Of course, he can currently hang medals around his neck to show that he's the gaffer of the English, European and World club champions.
It's apparently time for the Red Devils' form surge, now that we've passed the half-way point of the season, which is just as well. The Old Trafford men are currently a bit off the pace in the title race - albeit with games in hand - while Liverpool are playing like winners elect.
Thus, it's also time for ol' Fergie to bring out the mind games in order to heap the pressure onto the shoulders of Anfield counterpart Rafael Benitez, whose troops Ferguson believes will wilt under the pressure.
The wily Scot is quoted as saying by Sky Sports: "Liverpool? There's no doubt that in the second half of the season they will get nervous.
"With the experience we've got - having won a couple of titles in the past couple of years especially - it helps you. There's no doubt about that.
"They're going into the unknown, and if you make mistakes, then you are punished."
Sir Alex Ferguson's Premier League Mind Games: available wherever press gather until May.
