"I had a nice period at Torino," admitted the Milan No.1. "I'm a little excited and I cannot deny this.
"I thank Torino president Urbano Cairo for the trust and the opportunity he gave me, by letting me play in his team, but then, unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay and this disappointed me a lot."
The Rossoneri will want to extend their 10-game unbeaten run in Serie A, and Abbiati is hoping the team can continue their positive moment.
"It is an important game to continue the run of positive results we have made," he continued. "Toro have a good group, they have been unlucky, and in my opinion they are missing some points in the standings.
"I don't fear anyone in particular, but they have a great player in Alessandro Rosina. What worries me most is their determination to redeem themselves, which could be a dangerous weapon.
"It will certainly not be an easy game."
