Whoever returns the purse - with all the documents - will receive a fully-signed jersey from the Nerazzurri.
"I don't expect to have the money returned," the Brazilian told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"But in the purse, there were a series of important papers to us."
Inter take on Palermo on Thursday night at San Siro.
