Spain’s Formula One double world champion Fernando Alonso, a self-confessed Real Madrid fan, has admitted that he enjoys watching his team’s arch nemesis, Barcelona.

Fernando Alonso is well known to be a Real Madrid supporter but he has freely acknowledged that Los Blancos’ fierce rivals,
“I like the way Barca play and I really enjoy it,” he was quoted as saying by Sport.
“You turn on the television and you see [Lionel] Messi and it is a joy to watch. He is a player who can do things that others can’t,” added the 27 year old Renault-F1 driver.
