Racing Club defender Caceres will come in at right back for the Albirroja, while 22-year-old Rubio Nu star Camacho will make his debut out wide in midfield. Elsewhere Manchester City forward Roque Santa Cruz gets the nod to start up front, where he will partner Dortmund's Lucas Barrios.
