Eredivisie outfit Groningen have received some positive news from the treatment table in the build-up towards the league match against PSV. Playmaker Goran Lovre has returned to full match fitness and will be part of the match squad again.
The creative midfielder had been complaining about knee trouble for a while before eventually undergoing treatment in Serbia. Lovre successfully underwent special treatment in his native country and is ready to return to match action after a short absence.
The former Anderlecht star missed only one match due to his knee injury. Lovre was being replaced by Martijn Meerdink in the 2-0 league win against Heracles last week.
Meanwhile, manager Ron Jans will still be without Petter Andersson, Tim Matavz, Nicklas Pedersen, Tom Hiariej, Sepp de Roover and Koen van der Laak due to injury.
