Jovanovic No Longer Interested In PSV Move
Standard Liege striker Milan Jovanovic has made it clear that he's no longer interested in joining Dutch giants PSV...
Serbian forward Milan Jovanovic won't be joining his compatriot Danko Lazovic at PSV after all.
The prolific forward was being linked to the Dutch giants all summer, but it never came to a transfer due to PSV's unwillingness to pay Standard Liege's asking price.
The 27-year-old visited PSV's Champions League match against Marseille a month ago and stated that a transfer was still a possibility.
However, Jovanovic has apparently changed his mind and has made it clear that he's not leaving his current club for the Eindhoven side in January.
"Standard is a better team than PSV at the moment. I'm moving to a bigger club or I'm staying here, but PSV are no longer an option," said Jovanovic to Het Nieuwsblad.
