The former AC Milan star has seen his playing time limited at Real Madrid, but Mano Menezes has still seen fit to bring him back into the international fold
It looked as though Kaka's Brazil career had long been finished. However, on Thursday, Mano Menezes confirmed that he would be bringing the Real Madrid man back into his squad.
The 30-year-old has not played a single minute of Liga football this campaign after a summer which saw him linked with AC Milan and Galatasaray amongst others, but netted a hat-trick in los Blancos' recent mid-season friendly demolition against Millonarios.
Barring a call-up to the Selecao squad in November 2011 which was prevented by injury, Kaka has not had a look in in the international fold since the 2010 World Cup, which saw him sent off as a disappointing Brazil crash out at the quarter-final stage.
Has the former Ballon d'Or winner earned the right to have the chance to add to his 82 caps, or should he prove himself with Jose Mourinho's side?
So, has Kaka done enough to justify his recall to the Brazil squad? Will the Selecao benefit from his presence? Or will Menezes live to regret his decision?
