Juventus striker Alessandro Del Piero has thanked his team-mates for the performance they put together in their come-from-behind victory over Ajax in the first leg of their Europa League round of 32 clash.
The 35-year-old also answered questions about his age, and how youthful he actually feels.
"I thank the coach [Alberto Zaccheroni] for the kind words he came and said to me after the match," 'Pinturicchio' stated post-game to Corriere Dello Sport. "I also want to thank my team-mates for their marvellous display of football they put on this evening.
"I may be 35-and-a-half years old, but I do not feel like one. I feel good, and want to continue to play for as long as possible," added Del Piero.
