Dinamo Zagreb 1-2 Timisoara: Croatians Eliminated As Visitors Record Rare Win

The closed-door encounter provided three goals...

Dinamo Zagreb concluded their Europa League campaign with a 2-1 home defeat to Timisoara, who still finish bottom of Group A.

The hosts looked by far the better side early on, but 20 minutes after the interval Gheorghe Bucur scored his side's third goal of the group stage.

It seemed as though Dinamo had done enough to earn a draw as Cristian Scutaru scored an own-goal ten minutes from time.

However, Timisoara did Romania's co-efficient a power of good as Dorin Goga scored a last-gasp winner.

In the group's other match, Anderlecht secured top spot with a convincing win over second-placed Ajax.
