Twente Midfielder Wout Brama Targets Europa League Win Against Fenerbahce
The Dutch midfielder is eager to pick up the full three points against Fener...
"Our belief in ourselves has increased. That is down to experience. We have really learned a lot in our two seasons in Europe. You learn to play to your limits and to go on to the pitch with confidence," said midfielder Wout Brama at the pre-match press conference.
"In those games you learn something extra. Any mistake you make is punished. Now we play like that in top domestic matches. That is what we learned from playing in Europe.
"We would prefer not to have it go down to the last group match, so we want to win Wednesday's game. They also might want to attack, which could give us more space. We want to win, they want to win, so I think it will be a great European match.
"Alex is a great player who has achieved a lot, and is a key player at Fenerbahce. In the last game I was praised as the one who took care of him, but I just did my job. One day one player is a hero, the next it's another."
Fenerbahce sit atop of the table with nine points from four games, while Twente are the group's number two with seven points.
