The former AIK star has joined Usuthu as a free agent after leaving relegated Dutch Eredivisie side De Graafschap.
"It's a good move and I hope to make a difference," Liberia's most decorated young player told Goal.com.
"It's a nice place to be and I believe I have taken the right decision to shine in this part of the world. I'm looking forward to my debut and hopefully against [Manchester] United this week."
The midfielder becomes the third signing for Usuthu in this pre-season after Roger Palmgren boosted his side with Prince Hlela and Sifiso Vilakazi.
The 27-year-old is likely to start against the Red Devils at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Wednesday as the coach hopes to use him as a replacement for Thamsanqa Sangweni, who departed for Mamelodi Sundowns.
The midfielder won the Swedish Allsvenskan with AIK, the Israel Toto Cup with Maccabi Tel Aviv and later played with Greek side Panetolikos before moving to The Netherlands.
