Former South Africa striker Katlego Mashego still without a club
The former Bafana Bafana striker is yet to reach a deal with a club in the South African Premier Soccer League
Former Orlando Pirates striker Katlego Mashego confirms that he is still struggling to find a new club after being dumped by Golden Arrows during the off-season.Mashego signed a one-year deal with Arrows in the Premier Soccer League (PSL) last season. However Abafana Besithende failed to exercise their option to renew for a further two years and handed the striker his clearance.
Speaking to KickOff.com, 'Mahoota' confirms that is in Johannesburg and waiting for offers.
"I am still here in Johannesburg and have not yet received any offers.
"However I will remain patient as I am in no hurry as I am a free agent and can sign even after the transfer window period closes," said Mashego.
The striker was earlier linked with a move to both Moroka Swallows and Kaizer Chiefs.
