SuperSport's Gould focused on Nedbank Cup final
The Bafana Bafana defender is not thinking about transfer speculation just yet, as the domestic cup competition in South Africa comes to a close
SuperSport United defender Morgan Gould says he has put speculation regarding his future in the back of his mind to fully focus on Saturday’s Nedbank Cup final. The South Africa international has been strongly rumoured to be joining Kaizer Chiefs at the end of the season, though Orlando Pirates are reportedly making a late bid for the 29-year-old.
Gould refuses to comment on the speculation, saying his mind is 100 per cent on the big match at Orlando Stadium.
“I don’t know where I will be playing next season,” he told KickOff.com.
“If you ask me where I want to be playing next season I will tell you England.
“At this stage my focus is on the Cup Final on Saturday, so maybe if you call me next week I will tell you about my future in football.”
