Orlando Pirates have suffered a setback with Lucas Thwala and Thembinkosi Fanteni both ruled out of Saturday's game against Bidvest Wits.
The Students meet the Buccaneers at the Bidvest Stadium, but Thwala, who played his first game since November against SuperSport United after recovering from a knee injury, will sit this one out due to a one-match suspension.
He received his third yellow card of the season in Wednesday's goalless draw against Matsatsantsa.
Fanteni dislocated his shoulder in the same match and he is definitely out, according to Bucs physiotherapist John Williams.
The good news for Bucs is that Happy Jele will make a return to the team after missing the SuperSport game due to a one-match suspension.
