Dennis Masina Glad To Receive Playing Time With Orlando Pirates
Masina has expressed his happiness about playing the full 90 minutes during the match against Bloemfontein Celtic at Orlando Stadium on Sunday...
“I don’t know when I last played 90 minutes. It may have been more than two years ago and I don’t even remember which game," Masina stated, according to Kickoff.com.
“I was grateful to start and finish the game yesterday as ever since I arrived at Pirates I have been struggling to regain my match fitness. This is very encouraging and great motivation for me to keep working hard.”
The former Manzini Wanderers’ player, who has just returned to the Swazi national team after going on a self-proclaimed exile, is hoping that their victory against Phunya Sele Sele will go a long way towards healing the Ghost’s hearts which have been broken in recent times.
“It’s not our intention to disappoint our supporters. It is always sad to see them going home disappointed. I believe our win against Celtic has brought back confidence in the club and we will continue working hard to ensure that we are there at the top of the league log again," he concluded.
