thumbnail Hello,

The 2010 World Cup qualifier between Egypt and Rwanda in Cairo has been shifted as a result of the African champions’ participation at the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup.

The match was originally fixed to be played between June 20-21 but it will now take place on July 4 or 5.

Six-time African champions Egypt will feature in the Confederations Cup in South Africa between June 14-28.

The Pharaohs have been drawn along with Algeria, Rwanda and Zambia in Group C of the World Cup qualifiers, which also serves as the qualifying tournament for the 2010 Africa Cup of nations in Angola.
