The Flying Donkeys are in the relegation zone and they are desperate for some points.
Coach Domenico Di Carlo's first game in charge of Chievo ended in a 2-0 defeat against Juventus last week, and now his job is even more difficult as he takes his fighting troops to Milan.
The Rossoneri are in hot form at the moment but Di Carlo is confident of causing a potential shock.
"We are going to Milan thinking about three points," Di Carlo told Calciomercato.com.
"This has to be our mentality. If we take a point then it will be good, if not it will be bad.
"However, we will try and we believe we can do it.
"I will not settle for anything less. I am asking my team to play like we did against Juventus.
"We have to show we are a team and that we have the courage to fight until the end."
Although the coach is confident, it will be a difficult task to pull off.
The Gialloblu have not won away from home this season. They have lost four and drawn one on the road.
