The Rossoblu’s main objective remains that of avoiding relegation to Serie B, and this will be their target until the end of the season.
"Let's not deceive ourselves, the teams in the standings are all close to each other," declared Allegri.
"The results are due to many things. Just look at our first five games.
"We are on the survival average, but there have been highs and lows. We must not lose sight of our objective: survival."
Cagliari's next league game is against Palermo this weekend.
"It's a coincidence, but we are only facing teams who are in form," continued Allegri.
"They play a very quick football. We shall have to be good in the approach. No fear, but anger to obtain a positive result."
Cagliari are in 13th place, six points above the relegation zone.
