The Bianconeri are coming from an important win against Torino, and they will be hoping to extend this run of positive results in order to stay clear from the relegation zone.
"Napoli are proving to be a real force this season, but we are calm and healthy, and we shall play our game," declared the Tuscan side's defender.
"The San Paolo atmosphere is an important one, with fifty thousand people at the stadium who can impose a bit of fear, especially to a young team like ours.
"However, we have worked also on this aspect. We must go on the pitch without thinking about anything and play our game."
Portanova has been at Siena since 2004, where he featured in over 130 matches for his team, scoring also seven goals.
