Genoa attacker Diego Milito has set himself a target of scoring the winning goal during this weekend's derby match against Sampdoria in the 15th matchday of Serie A.

The Argentinean player has been in splendid form this year as he is topping the Serie A goalscoring charts with 11 goals to his name.

"I would really like to score the decisive goal in the derby which I would like to dedicate to the fans," declared the Grifoni's striker. "It will not be easy, but I will try."

Milito also had words of praise for Sampdoria's forward Antonio Cassano.

"He's a great player, but we are ready for this game."

For El Principe this is his second stint at Genoa, following the one from January 2004 until June 2005, before he moved to Real Zaragoza.
