A number of clubs have raised eyebrows and, with Ruud Van Nistelrooy out for the rest of the season, reports suggest Real will coming knocking at the door.
However, Preziosi has warned the La Liga club that even a €50 million offer will not be enough as he shackles Milito down.
"Milito to Real? They should find someone else and they might as well forget about making an offer in January," the chief told La Gazzetta Dello Sport.
"We will not get rid of him, especially after all the hard work we did to get him in.
"They can come along with €40m or even €50m but I will not give him to them for that amount; Milito is priceless."
The chief then had some words on the 4-1 defeat to Juventus on Thursday night.
"I didn't like this loss. I didn't see the usual Genoa out there. The game went badly and I think the result is a little exaggerated as it doesn't refelect the way we played on the pitch." added the president.
Real Madrid are looking for a decent hit-man after Van Nistelrooy was ruled out for the rest of the season.
However, it's unlikely the Italians will sell up.
