Versatile Ajax player Urby Emanuelson started his professional career as left back and even made it to the senior side of Oranje as defender.

However, the left footed player endured a minor setback in his development and lost his spot in the Holland selection. Additionally, he even ended up at the bench at Ajax.

Emanuelson returned to the starting XI this season, but not always as left back. The youngster has already played as defender, midfielder and even as left winger, which starts to worry him.

"I think the manager and I need to have a word about my situation when everybody's fully match fit again," said Emanuelson to De Telegraaf.

"I don't have a clue what my best position is at the moment and that starts to bother me. I played my best matches as a winger, but we'll see how this works out."
