The striker returned from international duty with Serbia yesterday and had a conversation with PSV director Jan Reker about his behaviour.
Lazovic, who scored once in Serbia's 6-1 thrashing of Bulgaria, has accepted the fine without comment. Additionally, he will have a conversation with Stevens later today.
The former Vitesse star set up Ibrahim Afellay for the equalizer last Sunday and lost his temper while celebrating.
According to a Serbian translator, Lazovic repeatedly insulted manager Huub Stevens and his family.
The Serbian hit man has made it clear that he's unhappy with his current situation at PSV on several occasions and it remains to be seen if Lazovic stays in Eindhoven when the transfer market re-opens in January.
