Former Germany international Andreas Hinkel has little doubt that Bayern Munich will successfully defend their lead in the Bundesliga table and win the title for the first time since 2010.
The Bavarians currently hold a nine-point lead over second-placed Bayer Leverkusen, while reigning champions Borussia Dortmund have already fallen 12 off the pace.
"Dortmund and Bayern have the biggest chance at success for me," Hinkel told Goal.com.
"I have to admit that Bayern are sitting in pole position, though, and I believe that they will win the Bundesliga title this term."
Hinkel, who retired from professional football in the summer of 2012, also took the time to discuss the performances of his former club Stuttgart.
"Stuttgart have improved after their poor start to the season and recorded a number of positive results. Their football wasn't always the best, but the victories in the DFB-Pokal and Europa League were a boost."
Brune Labbadia's side currently sit ninth in the Bundesliga table.
