Gomez already featured for the full 90 minutes in a friendly last week, but is still to make his first official appearance of the season.
Meanwhile, Franck Ribery has made the squad for Tuesday's match against Los Che as well.
The Frenchman missed this weekend's Bundesliga draw against Nurnberg due to a rib injury, but returned to the training pitch on Sunday and is raring to go again.
