The Oranje head coach had recently spoken to the press about his release at Bayern Munich in 2011, saying that the ex-striker was solely responsible for his departure from the Bavarian side.
At the club's annual meeting, where Hoeness got re-elected by scoring 97.1 per cent of the votes, the president took the time to express his feelings regarding the matter.
"Even taunts from Netherlands or from Altendiez [where ex-Germany president Theo Zwanziger resides] don't bother this club," Bild report the 60-year-old to have blasted.
"I gotta be honest, my patience is wearing thin like it rarely has before. There's no need for much to happen until I'm gonna lose it. But I really need to pull myself together every day.
"I will not comment on these matters. Unless the mark is overstepped."
Bayern Munich sit top of the Bundesliga, with a comfortable seven-point lead over second-placed Schalke.
Die Roten travel to Nurnberg on Saturday for their next Bundesliga fixture, which is set to begin at 15.30 CET.
