The sporting director feels the attacker has done enough to merit a return to die Nationalelf, and has urged the striker not to give up trying to break back into the squadBayer Leverkusen attacker Stefan Kiessling deserves to be called up for Germany's national side again following his good start to the 2012-13 campaign.
The former Roma star believes that it's only a matter of time before Joachim Low sends the striker an invitation to rejoin die Mannschaft if he keeps up his current form.
The 28-year-old forward has netted four goals in seven Bundesliga appearances this term and has been a key figure for the Werkself so far.
However, his fine performances were not enough to earn a Germany recall for the World Cup qualifiers against Ireland and Sweden.
"If Stefan carries on performing the way he is, then it is going to be harder and harder for Joachim Low to leave him out," Voller stated to Bild.
"He is still too young to end his international career. Stefan's aim has got to be the World Cup in 2014."
Kiessling has made six international appearances, but has not represented the national side since the 2010 World Cup.
